Best Stretchy Ice Cream in NY?

Have you guys tried stretchy ice cream? Where does this unique specialty originate?  Stretchy ice cream originates from Syria. Unlike the normal soft serve ice cream, this one has elasticity to it. It is called Booza and comes in many unique flavors that is not originally made such as red miso. Places such as The Republic of Booza serves excellent booza, which lingers on your tongue longer than usual. According to the blog website http://www.grubstreet.com/2018/06/republic-of-booza-nyc-brooklyn-williamsburg.html, by Chris Crowley, "A New Haven for Stretchy Middle Eastern Ice Cream Has Landed in Williamsburg,"  one of the owners of the Republic of Booza, Michael Sadler said, "A lot of people speak about gelato as being superior to ice cream because it’s churned at a slower speed and has less air. It has that silkier, creamier kind of thing going on.  Booza is like that — times ten." So, not only is the texture unique, but the flavor is extraordinary. Be sure to give it a try, it is absolutely stunning. n

    I'm interested in what other forms of ice cream is similar to this Booza? Like is there other rare or unique ice cream that would consider to on par or even better than this?
